The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Duomo e P della Sala. In zona defilata,caldo e confortevole, in stile vintage. Ideale per vivere la città e la Toscana.A 50 metri si trova a pagamento il Parcheggio Misericordia ; più distante gratuito il P. Cellini. La stazione ferroviaria dista pochi minuti a piedi .

Casale Il Bramito

L' appartamento è una porzione indipendente del casale, con ingresso separato e tutte le comodità necessarie. È situato in una zona rurale, circondata da boschi e colline, e offre un'atmosfera rilassante a contatto con la natura. La strada per arrivare è un po' tortuosa ma ne vale la pena! È normale incontrare insetti e altri animali tipici della campagna. Se sei allergico a qualche insetto o hai paura di loro, questo potrebbe non essere il posto giusto per te. 6 km da centro Pistoia

Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. Welcome where Tuscany meets the sky!

La Torre

Antica villa toscana, bellissima, con giardino privato esclusivo, completamente ristrutturata, immersa nelle splendide e dolci colline toscane. La villa ha una vista mozziafiato, molto soleggiata, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort, silenziosa e non isolata. La casa si trova a Bagnolo, piccola frazione di Impruneta alle porte del Chianti, zona di uliveti, vigneti e pace. La casa si trova a circa 10 km in macchina dal centro di Firenze.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
