Villa Spilia

Villa Spilia is one of the most dramatic and unique homes in Naxos. Spilia (means cave in Greek) is a stone villa built into the mountain in one of the most sought after and private areas of Naxos. The immaculate view of Chora Town, the sea, and neighboring islands make this a perfect and peaceful vacation retreat. The modern single floor design has a large bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and a guest room with a separate bathroom. Garden and pool can be accessed from both bedrooms.

Our Villa consists of two queen size bedded rooms one of which contains an en-suite. It has an additional main bathroom ( outside of the bedroom ) and an outdoor WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The living room consists of a built in sofa which can accommodate for 1 Guest. There is also a swimming pool, jacuzzi on the terrace and a barbecue area where you can enjoy a warm cooked meal whilst indulging in your daily swim.

Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. It has a large terrace with a 32m² swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen area with a hard table for 8 people and a large electric plancha. The house can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with bunk beds. Access is via a 900m dirt road and two steep slopes: a 4x4 is ideal for the last climb (slope). Last house on the top of Avlia hill : highest & nicest view of the hill !
