Suitable for couples and solo travelers. Self contained studio room with double bed includes. Kitchenette and en suite bathroom. It is attached to main house, with private entrance on small acreage.. Internet, tea coffee, light breakfast ingredients, iron, hairdryer and use of washing machine included Close to wineries, strawberries farm, the West Tamar tourist areas and Northern beaches. Near main road so some traffic noise during day, is quiet at night. Not suitable for Quarantine.

Take a break and unwind at Middle Park. We are 2km north of Exeter in the heart of the Tamar Valley on a 2.5 acre block. You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

Relax on the deck, explore the river bank and have a fish off the jetty or even a swim (shoes on and check the tide) Deviot is 30 minutes from Launceston city, close to many boutique wineries. But when you are relaxing in your chalet you'll feel million miles from anywhere.

Lalla Flower Cottage - famous garden, wine region

Restored century old cottage set on very private 30 acres with direct walking access to the adjoining majestic Lalla Flower Farm (100 acres of historic gardens). Situated just 20 minutes drive from Launceston and 2 mins from the amenities of the village of Lilydale in the heart of the Tamar Valley wine region. Lalla Flower Cottage is a beautiful country Tasmanian retreat with two cosy living spaces with wood fires, privacy and loads of charm.

Birdsnest a cosy space for two! Sitting amongst two hectares of trees and gardens, Birdsnest provides the perfect escape from noisy suburbia! Birdsnest is situated 10 minutes drive from Launceston CBD. Positioned at the gateway to the beautiful West Tamar Valley, that boasts some of the world's best wineries, food and views. It is also close by to the iconic Cataract Gorge.

The comfortable, modern, industrial-style apartment is situated in a private oasis of a garden. It has a queen bed, quality linen, fast unlimited wifi and Netflix. A few gorgeous chickens and a black cat (Alice) might say hello. Located 15min walk to CBD, and 5min to shops and other necessities. Safe on-street parking directly out the front.

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand).

The Old Dairy Farm Stay

An old Dairy transformed into a cosy farm stay is the ideal place to stay when visiting the Tamar Valley region. Situated in Pipers River, the Dairy is self-catered accommodation, ideal for couples and solo travellers whether exploring the region or seeking a getaway from the city.
