Our simply stunning holiday home is available for over night stays, weekend breaks or longer stays to explore the local area and visit friends & family. Located centrally in Pevensey Bay means it is walking distance to local amenities and only a short drive / bus ride away from the town. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

Our flint walled guest house is set in the quiet village of Hankham, near Pevensey. Ideal for relaxing, walking and biking. The guest house is self contained, with a hand made pine kitchen and lovely little private garden. There are horses in the stables, ducks and moorhens on the pond. Ideal for a couple that enjoy the outdoors and we can make up another bed or two for children. We can recommend some excellent biking and hiking routes to suite all abilities.
