It is bright and equipped with airconditioning. In the seperate bathroom you'll have a walk in shower. On the gallery there is a queen bed. On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa which opens into a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and a washing machine. The bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor. There is a (gas) fireplace, an air-conditioning and floor heating in the house. Tourist tax: 300 HUF/day/person (must be payed upon arrival)

Cosy, 1-bedroom + lounge (which can be turned into a 2nd bedroom, both with a bed of 140X200 cm) apartment, with separate entrance to the main house. It is ideal for couples, a family with kids or for a group of up to 4 friends if you want a quiet environment after the noise of the city center. To arrive to the city center of Budapest takes 20-30 minutes by bus and metro or by car. In the living room there is a ceiling fan, in the bedroom there is a standing fan available.

The Villa is mediterran style, located in a nature reserve area. The Fáy Prés House Restaurant is 150 meters from the villa, 3 km from Hungaroring race track. View of Budapest and the mountains, which is beautiful day and night. The house has a 10-meter long swimming pool. Barbecue facilities are available in the garden. Own parking for 4 cars in the yard of the house. Horse riding and fishing are also nearby. The nearest supermarket and gas station are 1 km away.
