Sleeping space for up to 3. Sleeping space is a full over full bunkbed and a large sectional couch. This is an upstairs boathouse studio apt with a bathroom and kitchenette. Patio has a fire pit, fishing, a table and Adirondack chairs.

Fully equipped kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and a gas grill. There is a fire pit for the nights you want a campfire.
