The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a four-burner induction stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, 5kg washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

Immersa in un parco naturale di 200.000 mq confinante col parco naturale di Gutturu Mannu, Oasi di enorme interesse naturalistico con la presenza di Cervi e Daini in libertà e fauna selvatica. A pochi minuti troverete L'Is Molas Golf, il sito Archeologico di Nora, il centro abitato di Pula e le bellissime spiagge della zona. Attenzione: leggere dettagli su pulizie e corrente.

La casa ha una cucina super accessoriata con lavastoviglie, una piccola sala da pranzo, un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, 2 camere da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali, un balcone con tavolino per poter cenare o pranzare all'aperto con una vista mare mozzafiato + barbecue a portata di mano. La sala da pranzo ed una camera da letto sono climatizzate. La spiaggia di Masua e Portu Cauli distano ca. 5min.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Composed of two bedrooms with queen-size bed, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room area with a double sofa bed. It has a terrace and a barbecue. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.

La cucina è luminosa, dotata del necessario, con ingresso principale indipendente e ingresso secondario si affaccia alla pergola, sotto la quale è possibile rilassarsi sull'amaca o fare colazioni e cene all'aperto.

Avrete in oltre la possibilità di godervela al meglio perché in base al vento voi potrete scegliere la costa più riparata.

La nostra casa si trova in un paese molto tranquillo, a 20 minuti dal mare, in una posizione che consente di esplorare il territorio del Sulcis, dalle zone archeologiche e minerarie alla bellissime spiagge per cui la zona è rinomata. Inoltre sono accessibili a piedi da casa bellissimi itinerari per visitare la campagna e le colline circostanti.
