The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth hill, fields, tin mines and Bissoe coast-to-coast bike trail. There are bike racks and racks for drying wetsuits after a day at the local beaches.

Ideal for either two couples or a family with children, as the single beds in the second bedroom can be joined to make a super king bed. Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.
