Winter months, all wheel / 4 wheel drive vehicle is a must!! Close to restaurants, brew pub, and night life!! Kitchenette: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, (with pans), and small frig. The loft has electric heat and portable AC. There are 18 steps to get to the loft, for two people. Not kid proof. No pets accepted.

I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Rest and recharge at your Black Hills get away in this newly finished apartment. Enjoy the walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and then get a soothing night sleep on the top of the line mattress produced by Nectar. Kick back at the end of your night by trying out the retro arcade game or watching a movie accompanied by your own bucket of popcorn from the popcorn maker and supplies provided. All of this is centrally located within driving distance to all the sites and attractions!

This is my townhome in west Rapid City. I invite to you my welcoming downstairs, air conditioned, basement bedroom, bath, and living room with a smart TV, microwave, mini fridge, coffee, tea, blender and toaster area. Snacks included. Ground floor and NO STAIRS. I live in a small town home community that enjoys its quiet privacy, and you are most welcome here. This house is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown and a great starting point for exploring the Black Hills. We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance). I am happy to help with trail maps and directions are you kick off your adventures in the Black Hills.
