Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Watch dolphins, ospreys, whales, seals, seabirds in the bay or immerse yourself in nature by soaking in the outdoor tub, swimming or walking the beach or the coastal trails. And it’s an easy 30 minutes to Hobart CBD.

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.
