My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Το σπίτι είναι χτισμένο στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό Προάστιο (ή Πραστείο για τους ντόπιους) μέσα σε έναν ελαιώνα. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 6km (λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο) από την Καρδαμύλη και 9km (περίπου 15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο) από την Στούπα. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλές παραλίες (οργανωμένες και μη) καθώς και καφετέριες, ταβέρνες και εστιατόρια για όλα τα γούστα και απαιτήσεις. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία είναι το Καλάμίτσι (περίπου 4km) και είναι ιδανική για παιδιά.
