The cottage is open style living opening on to a decking with bi fold servery windows from the kitchen.Decking with outdoor seating ,umbrella and barbecue overlooks a large grassed area surrounded by natural bush.The living area has double opening doors leading to the decking .Living area has a comfy couch ,Smart T.V , R/C aircon and a wood burning fire.The large bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite .There is a travel cot suitable for a baby.Well supervised dogs are welcome. This passive solar Villa is situated at Kilcarnup Beach which is moments from the town centre and Surfers Point. The two large bedrooms have King sized beds which look out onto their own private tropical gardens. There is also Weber BBQ facilities. Keep warm or cool with a split heating/cooling system. The uninterrupted ocean views are what make this the best place to stay at Windy Harbour. Relax and unwind in this front row cottage. Originally built as a shack in the 1950s it now has a few creature comforts like a gas heater, gas hot water and gas stove as the settlement has no mains power. A small solar system provides lights for the evening, also runs the TV/DVD, can also charge laptops and keeps the large 450Lt fridge/freezer nice and cold.
