Rustic Highland is a 740 sqft tiny luxury cabin full of warmth and charm, featuring stained cabinetry and boho-inspired accents. The bright living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen, and the spa-like bathroom adds a touch of luxury. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed with ample storage, while the loft offers another queen bed and stunning canyon views. Outside, enjoy the private patio with a bistro table and grill, all set on the edge of Palo Duro Canyon for an unforgettable experience.

Cactus Patch Grain Bins

Experience a unique stay in a one bedroom, one and half bath, converted grain bin with access to a large stocked pond in a private setting! The loft bedroom has a king size bed with half bath. Full size sofa sleeper, rollaway twin size bed and queen air mattress also available. Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer access available. Pet friendly with fenced dog yard. Two horse stalls, open turnout and one full RV hookup for lease. No events, parties or hosting gatherings.

The Bunny Bungalow

Enjoy a relaxing getaway for two in our brand new bungalow. The studio design features everything you need in one convenient living space - a king bed with fresh white cotton bedding and luxe pillows, comfy chairs for enjoying the fireplace and TV, intimate dining area and a stylish kitchen. The bath features a double vanity, tub for two and modern shower. A full size laundry set is tucked near the back door. The back yard features a cedar pergola with hot tub, a seating area and gas BBQ grill.

Our Sweet Escape

Our Sweet Escape is designed with plenty of room and full access to our completely newer, furnished home including comfortable sleeping accommodations (King in Master with TV), a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area. Also features use of washer and dryer and detergent, and driveway and garage parking (for smaller cars.) Smart TV with SlingTV and WiFi is provided. Located close to Restaurants and Shopping. (This space is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs only.)

Sunset Ranch is an acre lot at the far southeast corner of Marathon, TX that backs up to the ranch land facing south that provides unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets from the 700 sf covered porch. Marathon is a quaint west Texas town with a public park, gardens, restaurants and shopping. It also has a level 1 night sky rating for star gazing. Located 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance, this is a launch point to explore the national park and other parks and communities.

Casa Calma is especially close to the majority of restaurants, as well as the best coffee shops and Marfa's unique gem store.

Designer home that is worth a visit. You will love cooking in this kitchen with a 12-foot island. Dining room sits 8 people. Awesome pool table for lots of family fun. Enjoy the outdoor patio, BBQ and firepit area. The master features a comfy king-size bed, desk, and oversized bathroom. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible, with wheelchair accessible sink. Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
