Pullman Train Car at Rassawek

Our Pullman Car is one of 3 converted train cars available for rentals. The car was built by Pullman Co. in 1888. Guests staying in this car have access to the shared amenities of Rassawek Station including the patio “Flat Car” and our Lodge Cabin. Guests can also use the ponds on the property as well as the 5+ miles of private country roads for hiking, running and biking. The converted car has a living area, full kitchen, a bedroom with two double beds, a full bath with shower and a half bath.

Wagner's Pond

Relax at the edge of the pond, or enjoy the view of the horses across the street. Have your coffee on the back porch overlooking the pond. Take a jog and enjoy the horses on the farm across the street. Fishing, kayaking and canoeing access on private lake/pond! Our almost century-old, 1,000+-square-foot getaway includes a kitchen, comfortable bedroom on the second floor, full bathroom and an adjacent open space with a trundle bed that sleeps two. 6-acre pond access with beach for relaxing, kayaking, or fishing!

OR stay & play at the cabin with the hot tub, walking trails, firepit, outdoor games, bumper pool, arcade games, connect 4 hoops, theater room, and lots of places to relax! Boat & RV parking available. A little bug spray recommended. Other amenities are available (ask us!).

Glass Wellness Cabin Hot Tub, Sauna, Cold Plunge

Glamping at its absolute finest. This glass mirror cabin allows for amazing panoramic views. Unwind in the outdoor two-person cedar sauna, relax in a cedar wood burning hot tub that also doubles as a cold plunge, cook on a Pyro Tower grill and pizza oven combo (Pizza dough, sauce, cheese, and pepperonis included), enjoy the tranquil natural stone water feature, warm up by the outdoor fireplace, pollinator garden attracting butterflies/hummingbirds. Black out curtains provide privacy at night.

Bison Farm - Cabin "Brisa"

Bison Farm cabin in a very secluded section toward the back side of a 300 acre working bison farm. This is a tiny home Park Model with 400 sq. ft. and a nice spacious covered deck providing an outdoor living room. The kitchen has a 2-burner induction cook-top, a convection oven that is also a microwave and a small refrigerator and freezer two drawer unit that has decent space but is not a full sized appliance. Note: bison rotate pastures daily. Please don't expect them in your cabin view.

Tugboat/Private Lake - Farm Animals - Fish, Swim,

Get swept away to a Magical Tug/Houseboat! Newly renovated with all modern conveniences, incl. fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, AC, heat, & WiFi. Tug floats on an 8 acre private Lake w/ Island on 142 Wooded Acres, with 5+miles of hiking/biking trails. Enjoy Swimming, Kayaking, SUP, Fishing, Hiking, Biking, Exploring, or just relax on your own beach by the fire pit. Visit farm animals just a short walk around the lake...Theo the Cow, Sheep, goats, turkey, ducks, chickens, and rabbits.

Endless Views offers luxurious living at a waterfront retreat in Lake Anna's highly sought-after Both Waters subdivision. This home features expansive views, 260 feet of shoreline, high-speed internet, a deep-water boathouse with lifts, and a large sun deck. We have fully equipped the home because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. Enjoy access to both the public and private sides of Lake Anna, perfect for creating lasting memories. :-)

The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

Peaceful Secluded Old Rag Retreat

The spacious one bedroom yurt is located high on a forested hillside in the middle of 15+ acres. Come enjoy a natural and serene getaway with all the comforts of home- a full kitchen (ie, all utensils, setting for four), a bathroom with shower and laundry, a queen bedroom, and a queen foldout sofa in the living room by the wood burning stove. The windows roll up from the outside and have permanent screens inside. There is also a BBQ grill, a separate firepit, and WiFi via satellite.
