The complex consists of 4 independent villas built on a hill with a panoramic view to the sea and the sunset, ideal for families with kids >5 years old or group of friends. The villas offer private swimming pool (~3x5x1,5). The sandy beach of Aghia Irini is 200m away. The house offers minimal Cycladic style with mix & match of modern and traditional furniture. Big Verandas offer a magnificent view.

Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Dream sunset suit with poll is located in a nice area which combines beautiful sea-views,it is part of a complex consisting of 7 other apartments,It is 2,3 kilometers from the port of Parikia .The old town, the shops and the night life are 1200 meters away. It is 33 square meters and has a double bred, a sofa , 1bathroom and veranda with a small pool. You deliver it clean with sheets and towels and there is not a service include during your stay.
