The apartment is located 0.4 km from the sea and there is a pedestrian path nearby that leads to the Pärnu beach promenade. If you want to do some shopping, then Pärnu Kaubamajakas is 0.9 km away, where you will find many clothing stores, restaurants and even Skypark! Pärnu city centre is 3.9 km away.

You can enjoy a magnificent 180° view to the lake of Viljandi. It`s located 500 m from the center and 500 m from the lake. The closest apartment to the beach as you can get! Fifth floor - there's no lift! Great view for sunset.
