L'appartamento CASA GIULIA DI SOPRA, ristrutturato nel 2022 e situato al primo piano, è una porzione di un'antica colonica situata nel cuore del Chianti Classico. E' circondato dai vigneti di Villa Calcinaia, tenuta di proprietà dei Conti Capponi dal 1524. L'appartamento si trova a 130 mt. di distanza dalla piscina condivisa, aperta da maggio ad ottobre.L'appartamento dispone di un'area esterna dotata di tavolo e sedie dove gli ospiti potranno desinare e godersi un bicchiere di vino al tramonto.

By providing wifi only in the communal courtyard we suggest to take a break from been connected with elsewhere and enjoy the 'here and now' . Il piano terra è composto da soggiorno con due vetrate che danno sul patio, camino, divano letto, bagno con grande doccia e cucina moderna con isola in acciaio, con tre porte finestre per accedere alla zona pranzo esterna con bbq. Il primo piano è composto da due camere matrimoniali ognuna dotata del proprio bagno con doccia. Giardino è moto curato,ci sono vari angoli relax, prendisole è una piscina infinity ad idrolisi

Accesso tramite cancello e strada bianca in proprietà privata a soli 500 metri dal paese di Strada in Chianti. Ideale per quiete e relax. Location strategica per visitare la Toscana.

Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

An elegant independent peaceful panoramic rustic residence nestled amidts the scenic and gently rolling hills in Tuscany . This beautiful property is the ideal destination for those who want to experience and enjoy true Italian country living, recommended for families. PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (which is located a few tens of meters from the villa in its own land ) and JACUZZI (located in the garden of the villa ) are open for our guests from June until the end of October.

The house has a private garden of 100 square meters with a tub usable with a depth of 60 cm. Two squares usable for your relaxing and fun, from admire the view, and space for eat outside. WI-FI free. The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.
