Jolie maison en pierre, au charme authentique, située dans un secteur calme à 5 minutes de Lac des Settons. Au village Moux en Morvan il y a un boulanger et une supérette. Jardin est clôturé. Le chien est bienvenu. Le Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan est magnifique avec ses immenses forets, lacs et terres arables. La découverte de pleine nature. Idéal pour se ressourcer... Les activités de plein air comme la randonnée, pèche, baignade, VTT, le nautisme et le canoe et rafting en eaux vives.

Idéalement situé sur la route des vins, entre Nuits-Saint-Georges et Beaune, loft à l'étage de notre résidence principale (28m2), avec terrasse privée couverte (20m2) donnant sur les vignes classées. Piscine au sel, chauffée du 1er mai au 30 septembre, parking privé, entrée indépendante. Décoration soignée, cuisine équipée, écran HD orientable 140cm, wifi. Brasero à disposition. Deux vélos neufs à disposition également. PAS D'INVITÉ : le logement n'est que pour deux personnes. PAS DE FÊTE.

Nous vous accueillons dans une maison indépendante et dans un environnement très privé sans vis-à-vis, à 300 mètres des remparts . Vous disposerez d'un jardin de 1000 m2 en centre-ville, d'une piscine chauffée (la température se situe en général entre 26° C et 28°C mais nous ne pouvons pas garantir cette température en cas de météo très défavorable) et d'un parking gratuit et sécurisé couvert pour un véhicule. Nous n'acceptons plus les enfants en bas âge car mauvaise expérience.

The hexagonal tower is situated on the edge of the medieval town of Semur en Auxois in Burgundy and with just a short walk into the heart of the town you will find numerous restaurants, bars, cinema, beautiful church and much more. The tower has easy accessability with it's own private parking space, wooden decking terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs. The tower was built in 2016, it was designed for people seeking an interesting and imaginative place to stay.

Cuisine équipée, salon TV et 2 chambres dont 1 avec sdb. Toutes commodités et activités (vélo, dégustation, ...) à proximité

Venez faire une pause dans ce petit logement cosy refait entièrement à neuf situé dans le bâtiment de notre habitation principale . Vous avez une entrée indépendante, avec terrasse privative aménagée pour profiter pleinement du soleil et de la vue dégagée sur la campagne environnante et aussi accéder à notre piscine. L'accès du gîte est facilité par la proximité d'un grand axe routier (RCEA), à 10' de la sortie d'autoroute Chalon Sud et 15' de la gare TGV du Creusot.

With 14 beds, a large garden, a Spa and a billiard table, the house will delight you by combining old and new. Ideally located in Autun itself, you will be at the doors of the Regional Natural Park of Morvan and the Burgundy Wine Route. CAUTION: Access to the hot tub and sauna is at extra charge. A later departure on Sundays is possible at extra charge. Rental from one night during the week excluding school holidays and from 2 nights on weekends.

Our 18th century winemaker's house offers luxury accommodation for six people. Situated in historic Monthelie, the house is a short walk from Meursault, and 7Km from Beaune. Features include a heated pool overlooking the vineyard and 2 outdoor dining terraces . The cottage is equipped for food and wine loving visitors and has secure parking on site. The house is not well suited for young children who cannot swim.
