The charming Chalé Laguna is located next to Pousada Laguna Blue, in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, 1500 meters from the historic center and the center's beaches. The land is 600 square meters, with a beautiful garden and a large terrace with a barbecue place. The house consists of a living room with fireplace, dining room, full kitchen and three bedrooms, one of which is a suite. Accommodates up to 6 people. An immersive forest retreat at Aldeia Rizoma

This brand new house sits high above the trees inside the Aldeia Rizoma eco village, a gated property 15 minutes away from the city historical center. The property offers a jungle gym, sauna (paid as an extra), private trails and access to 5 private waterfalls. The one bedroom studio has a king size bed built high so you can watch the forrest from it. It offers a private hot tube and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an extra bed that can be used for a third person with an extra fee per night

Há um espaço para trabalho, com impressora, um sofá-cama casal e wi-fi; o wi-fi pega em toda a casa. Há, também, uma agradável área gourmet, com churrasqueira. Na garagem cabem 2 carros pequenos.

The Monkey House is gently immersed among the trees, just a few minutes from natural swimming pools and waterfalls. It offers safe, comfortable, and fully equipped indoor spaces, high speed internet, as well as an open rooftop terrace designed as a lounge observatory overlooking the surrounding exuberant nature. The house is part of the Aldeia Rizoma retreat center, with access to a sauna, massage area, jungle gym, nature trails, agroforestry areas, gastronomy and natural spring water.

Por favor abservar que o apartamento está situado no segundo andar, acessivel apenas por uma Escada ( larga, com corrimão, entre 12 e 15 lances de escada). Não recebemos Pets.

A casa de 3 andares está localizada no Yatch Club Marina do Farol, um condomínio fechado com monitoramento 24h. E conta com uma vista inesquecível da baía de Paraty, criando o cenário ideal para cafés da manhã em família ou um descanso após passear pelo Centro Histórico da cidade. O condomínio fica a 5 minutos de carro da avenida principal de Paraty, e ainda conta com um restaurante que possui 5 estrelas no TripAdvisor, chamado Armazém Mar.

Casa Agüé was built on two large rocks in the heart of the Atlantic Forest. It accommodates up to 10 people in 4 suites, with a natural pool, barbecue, pizza oven, and a wood-burning stove in a spacious outdoor area, and remote work setup with Starlink.The standard daily rate includes up to 8 guests. For the 9th and 10th guests, there is an additional charge of R$300 per night, per person, for the setup of extra beds.
