Η παλιά πόλη , τα μαγαζιά και η νυχτερινή ζωή είναι 1200 μέτρα μακριά . Είναι 33 τετραγωνικά , έχει μικρή κουζίνα, ένα διπλό κρεβάτι , ντουλάπα , τηλεόραση , μπάνιο με διπλό νιπτήρα και ντουζιέρα. Εξωτερικά διαθέτη βεράντα , κτιστούς καναπέδες και τζακούζι δεν θερμαίνεται.

Το Σπίτι χτίστηκε από τους Ενετούς τον 15ο αιώνα ως μέρος ενός συγκροτήματος 24 κατοικιών. Αυτό το συγκρότημα σπιτιών ονομάζεται «Κάστρο» και βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του χωριού της Αντιπάρου. Η είσοδος στο ''κάστρο'' γίνεται από μια κεντρική πύλη που ειναι διπλά από τη κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Το σπίτι διατηρεί όλη τη γοητεία και απλότητα από το παρελθόν προσφέροντας ένα ιδανικό σπίτι διακοπών.
