Walking distance to "SILU Go Mart" super Market for grocery, vegetable shop and meat shop (400m), easy access to restaurants and beautiful Panadura beach within 10 min drive and shops - Pizza hut, Domino's, KFC, Clothing shops and all Banks etc. Separate access to the first floor, plenty of parking space, surrounded by friendly neighbourhood.

A quiet, very private 4 bedroomed villa only 25 meters from the beach with large gardens on either side. 2 large bed rooms and 2 small rooms all with attached bathrooms & hot water. We have a relaxing verandah with day beds and comfy seating spaces overlooking the villas private pool. This is where you would probably spend most of your day. 150 meters from the Wadduwa train station and about half a KM from Wadduwa town. This is villa is one of our family holiday homes.

The Upper Deck is a private upstairs annex in Kelaniya with an AC bedroom, kitchen (mini fridge, microwave, gas cooker), living area, balcony, and bathroom with hot water. Free Wi-Fi, parking and garden views. Ideal for solo travelers or couples. Space is not shared with owners. Separate entrance, CCTV monitored. Close to supermarket, transit, and restaurants. 9km to Colombo Fort, 30 mins to airport. No children under 12. Hosts live downstairs and are happy to help.

This AC room with a private bathroom has a separate entrance. Highly residential safe area and a 15 min tuk/ uber ride away from the city center. This house is away from noisy, dusty road sides yet close to the supermarkets and mouthwatering food outlets/delivery services. As the pics say its simply furnished with a queen sized bed, cupboard, writing table, mini fridge and facilities to make tea/coffee. a washroom with hot watter is available aswell.
