There are many restaurants and outdoor cafe's... Pete's,Starbucks and Coffee Bean are just a few of the coffee houses, there is everything from sushi to Italian to dine on and all just down the street from the house. Quiet hours is at 10:00pm to 9:00am 10 minute drive to the Redondo Pier. Close to Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, and Palos verdes. 10-12 minutes to hospitals, medical centers, and Torrance Airport. You can hear some noise from the lower unit even though the floor was soundproofed

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.
