This is a cozy and quiet cottage located 15 minutes from the Harlingen International Airport. The cottage is on 10 acres of birding paradise. Expect to see and hear hummingbirds, green jays, parrots, doves, tropical parulas, sparrows, kiskadees, and Altamira orioles, as well as squirrels, rabbits, and other small critters. You will have access to the pool and outdoor furniture as well as a charcoal grill. It is also a 45 minute drive to South Padre Island and 35 minute drive to the big city of Mcallen, Tx. and 15 minutes away from the outlets in Mercedes Tx.
