Welcome to our guest house! Located on the lower lot of our property, this brand new, 800 square foot home has everything you need to enjoy our charming mountain town. This custom tiny chateau has lots of windows to take in big mountain views and was built with local and resourced materials. You can step out the door onto the River Walk system (only two blocks to the San Juan River) or enjoy a quarter mile stroll on paved sidewalk to our world famous hot springs and the heart of our downtown.

Welcome to Glass Valley, a new (June 2021) home designed and built to maximize the magnificent view of the valley below and the mountains beyond. Most people who visit Pagosa Springs want to spend their time outside which you can do here, even when you get home. The partially covered 40-foot-long deck upstairs and 17 foot covered deck downstairs face west so you get to enjoy breakfast or your morning coffee al fresco and when you get home you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

This is a brand new house, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, perfect for family vacations. Home is located within walking distance to hot springs, restaurants, main street shopping, along with grocery store. Everything is close to the home. Anything that you would need to make a gourmet meal is included with the house. Located in downtown Pagosa Springs this two bedroom with king size beds, one bathroom cozy house located right on the river includes easy access to fishing, tubing, walking distance to all shops and restaurants, hot springs and a 30 minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Resort. Beautiful in all seasons of the year. House is also located to many hiking trails with plenty of wildlife around as well.

Casa Hermosa - Downtown

Listen to the river from the front porch of this charming, recently restored cottage, conveniently located just off Main St. Walk to everything. Coffee shops, breweries, parks, hot springs, fine dining, pizza, sushi and tacos all within a .2 mile radius. Domesticated animals accepted under 35 lbs for a fee. For those looking to work remotely, we have the fastest internet in town!

Lovely location in a peaceful neighborhood. Our unique 6 sided house with wrap around deck feels like a private country cabin, with fishing, hiking, biking, x-country skiing out the door. Shopping, dining, galleries, golf and hot springs within 3 to 8 minutes drive. Downhill skiing half hour away. Dogs allowed with permission (extra fee).

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful space. You’ll feel right at home in our attached guesthouse with private entrance. 5 minutes from uptown. 15 minutes from the river and hot springs. After a day exploring you can come back to our quiet neighborhood and unwind.
