Continental breakfast provided for first 2nights of your stay. The Bach is small but big on comfort- hopefully there is everything you need! An outdoor bath & use of our spa. Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. Fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge/dining area, walk in shower, heated tile floor/ towel rail, separate toilet downstairs, double glazing throughout, bifold doors to beach side lawn, balcony off main bedroom with glass balustrade -uninterrupted view of Kapiti Island. 10 mins car Coastlands Mall, 10 mins walk start coastal track, 5 mins car to station for activities in Wellington, 3 mins to Restaurant. Enjoy.

Mount Welcome Shearers Cottage

This is a romantic little cottage with a lovely ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy a comfy Queen sized bed and cotton linens. The cottage has its own garden next to the homestead. Just moments from the l Escarpment track and the train station making it very easy to get into Wellington cbd (35mins). Our neighbours are developing the land so we are expecting noise this coming summer during the daytime but its sporadic, hence the lower than usual rates. If your dates are unavailable please ask.

Te One - Boutique Beachfront Accommodation

Absolute beach-front in Paekakariki, a Kapiti coast village 40km from Wellington City. Te One is a classic 1970's bach with open plan kitchen & living area, stunning deck, vintage furniture and contemporary art. Only 3 minutes walk to train station, cafe, deli, and an excellent pub/restaurant. Enjoy swimming, beach walks, hiking, mountain biking (our 2 normally available) or just relax on the deck. It is an easy train or drive to Wellington.

This classic kiwi bach has been recently partially renovated while retaining its much-loved classic family bach atmosphere. Directly across the road from the beach; stunning views of the sea and Kapiti Island down to the Marlborough Sounds. Ten minutes’ walk to the village and cafes. Large leafy section and generous deck for outdoor living. Our Bach is a perfect fit for couples and small families looking for an easy getaway weekend or mid-week.

A BLUE TRIANGLE at Raumati Beach

Our sunny, comfortable, two-storey house is ideal for a couple or a couple with small children. The master bedroom/ living area upstairs is spacious with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. The stairs are a little awkward for the elderly and the very young although we now have carpet tiles on the stairs. There is no handrail. There is no bathroom upstairs. Sitting/ kitchen area downstairs and the bathroom and second bedroom are also downstairs.

Our self contained guest suite is on a quiet street and not far from Raumati Beach shops (3 min's by car/10-15 min walk)...and you are spoilt for choice with cafes, bakery, restaurants, bars and a safe swimming beach. Enjoy your privacy and own space with a functional kitchenette with a microwave and bench top oven, best shower pressure ever, fast internet for business or just for leisure ...or just relax with a movie on Netflix.
