The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Huge guest suite with beautiful lake views centrally located close to MU, the MKT trail, and just about everything else Columbia has to offer! Enjoy the outdoors via the dock, fire pit area, screened in porch and hammocks. This private guest suite is the entire lower level and offers a large great room with full kitchen and two large bedrooms. Each bedroom has access to a bathroom and sink and there is a combination shower/jetted tub between. Stylish decor. Come stay and leave refreshed.

Sep. fenced backyard area with Priv. entry into your basemnt area that is located around the back of our main house. Parking space on prop. Dog park, walking trails. Pet fee is charged. Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. A great overnight stop or week away from home. The studio is attached to homeowners house (converted garage space) but has separate, private coded entry. Driveway parking for one car. TV with antenna channels and streaming capability, free Netflix, fast WiFi available. Kitchenette area with coffee maker, fridge, sink and microwave. Empty nesters occupy home. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Two person maximum. Spacious open floor plan - one bedroom, one bathroom. The bed is a queen size bed.

Home owner lives upstairs with a friendly dog. My home is about 59yrs old. She is well cared for and is always getting upgrades.
