The cottage shares the property with a main residence, three horses, chickens, cat and two dogs—and we welcome your pets, too. A queen-sized pull-out bed is in the Living Room. Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. Panther Creek Guesthouse

Downtown Bentonville is just one exit South or you can head North and enjoy the Elk River in just a short 30 minute drive. After a fun day in NWA enjoy a peaceful night around the fire pit with no city lights to tune out the beautiful stars!
