The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 5. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, single plug in induction ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

The Garden Flat is an independent new extension to our converted stone barn in Oxfordshire, just outside Hook Norton on the edge of The Cotswolds with stunning views from every window. We live in a lovely old cottage in the heart of Eastleach a quintessential Cotswold village. There are beautiful footpaths and cycle routes from the front door and a superb pub, The Victoria Inn. Most, if not all the Cotswolds most sough after pubs restaurants, and tourist attractions are very close by. Inc Bibury, Burford, Broadway, Bourton on the Water, The Farmers Dog Jeremy Clarkson's & Cirencester. We are perfectly located if you are attending a wedding at Cripps, Stone or Oxleaze Barn.

Cosy Cotswolds Cottage at Witts Farm

A charming small self-contained cottage on a quiet farm, located one mile from the market town of Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds. An ideal place to touch base if you are looking to escape to the countryside and explore what this picturesque area has to offer. Chipping Norton has great transport links with regular bus services to Woodstock, Oxford, Banbury and Stratford-upon-Avon. There are train stations in two nearby villages, Kingham and Charlbury, both with direct train links to London.

We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

The Apple Store at Kilkenny

A spacious one bedroom annexe with its own kitchen and shower room. Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Relax on the comfy sofa or enjoy your meals at the dining table. Fully equipped for short or longer stays. A 20 minute walk across the fields to The Farmer's Dog pub.

Rustlings Rest includes it's own private entrance and courtyard with parking for one car. It offers peace and tranquility to anyone wanting some time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and is the perfect location for walking and exploring the surrounding areas.

Didcot Parkway railway station only 4 minutes walk away offers trains to London (39 minutes ) Oxford (15 minutes ) Bath ( 48 minutes ) Bristol (63 minutes), as well as buses to Milton Park, Harwell Campus, Oxford and surrounding towns . Short walk to town for restaurants, and shopping. Private parking and access to the lodge.

Lowood is perfectly situated in East Hendred - a picture postcard village at the foot of the downs. There are two fabulous pubs. A wonderful shop and amazing walks in every direction. Wedding venues - Barton House, Lains barn and Ardington House are 5 minutes by car. Harwell campus, Milton trading estate, Williams F1 engineering and Didcot Parkway Station ( London 41minutes) are also close by.
