Overlooking the Lockwood pond and gardens in the heart of Historic Downtown Covington, our one-bedroom one bath apartment is close to many key Vampire Diaries filming locations. It's only a 7 min walk to the historic town square, 0.6 miles from Piedmont-Newton Hospital, 1.8 miles from Oxford College. Off street parking is available in the driveway. The apartment is located behind the main house and up a flight of stairs. Sorry, not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or young children!

There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, & can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The property is located less than 4 miles away from the GA International Horse Park, 11 miles away from Vampire Stalkers (The Vampire Diaries), & 28 miles away from downtown Atlanta. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.

The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!
