“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. A paddleboat, kayaks and life vests are available for use during your stay. Hosts live up and across the drive from the Serenity Guesthouse Located @ 10 min from town.

The cottage is nestled in the pines 20ft from main house 800 sq. ft. 2-story cottage has security And white lights from main house for light… Eclectic in style with a vaulted ceiling in the large upstairs bedroom. Downstairs- the Liv/Kitchenette space has TV & sofa sleeper. *Note- One cottage bathroom is located on first floor. We are off HWY 59 and 1 mi. from I-20 ( near all local restaurants) Caddo Lake St Park-30 min drive, Historic Jefferson & Enochs Stomp Winery both 20 mi.

Caddo Lake Caboose - - waterfront w pier

The Caddo Caboose was used at the Longhorn Ammunition Plant in Karnack, Texas. When the Army shut the plant down thirty or so years ago, the Caddo Caboose was created with the car being made it into a unique weekend getaway. The Caboose is fully furnished 1 bedroom lodge with living, dining & bathroom areas as well as WiFi, Cable & DVD amenities. All you have to bring is the food you want to cook & your toiletries. A charcoal grill is provided on a private deck overlooking the water.

The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

This rustic, yet elegant guest house is located in the heart of Carthage. Looking for a romantic getaway? We’ve hosted anniversary couples, honeymooners, and even a proposal! It’s also a restful stop on a trip or a great place to unwind. Go shopping at the quaint downtown stores or just stay in the cozy house and watch movies on the big screen. Speaking of movies, Bernie was made about a famous criminal who worked at the funeral home next door. Come explore the infamous small town!

Cane River Living

The cabin was built for guests and sits securely behind our family home overlooking the beautiful Ouachita River. You'll be less than six (6) miles from restaurants and the Sterlington Sports Complex. *Pets are limited to one small dog. Our cozy Starlight Cottage is separate from the main house for seclusion and privacy, but we are next door for quick service and host response. It features picture windows with a woodland view and a private fenced deck with an outdoor hot tub for two. We are located on 13 acres of densely wooded hilltop fewer than 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Enjoy walking our property, playing with our kitty 'Oreo', or napping in the hammock......a perfect couple's getaway!
