Two bedrooms will comfortably accommodate three people for extended stays. Large front and back yards to enjoy the starry nights in our country setting!

Just a short drive to the Baseball Hall of Fame, All Star Village, Dreams Park, restaurants, shopping malls, you name it. The room is equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay, including memory foam mattresses, a smart TV, and a kitchenette. Whether you want to experience a piece of baseball history or disconnect from city life, visiting upstate New York is worth the trip.

The Sunflower House - The Summer Room

Quaint, quiet, country charm, while enjoying close proximity to Glimmerglass Opera, The Baseball Hall of Fame and all Cooperstown offers. The Summer Room is a private suite with queen bed, private bath, seating area, and small desk. Comfortable for two guests. The Sunflower House is a historic, Victorian gingerbread style house, built in the 1880’s. A cozy retreat from the bustle of Cooperstown, still just 10 minutes’ away. It has two individual guest rooms, located on the upstairs floor.

This cozy suite offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, modern amenities, a relaxing atmosphere, and access to a refreshing inground pool and large second story balcony. The entire suite is upstairs in the lodge for stairs are a must to access the property. Large yard has wiffle ball and volleyball!

The Dogwood Cottage is nestled in a historic hamlet located five miles from the village of Cooperstown. The studio apartment that has been added providing a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room has its own private entrance, a roomy backyard with gardens, four apple trees and a view of the undeveloped woods beyond. A spacious, modern studio with a full kitchen, dining area, WiFi, BBQ, washer/dryer and TV. This is the ground level unit of a two unit property. Located minutes from the Cooperstown Dreams Park baseball camp, Otesaga Hotel, the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Ommegang Brewery by car. Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta are 25 min. June through September the apartment books on a six day rotation in coordination with the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament schedule.

Welcome to ,,One Charming Suite” A second floor private entrance invites you to a cozy, clean and comfortable queen sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower level there is a stationary bike for a quick work out if desired. In this unit we provide tea kettle ,small refrigerator ,coffee maker and washer/dryer. This guest suite has all the comforts of home. It's a comfortable walk or bike ride to the Hall of Fame, historic downtown, the Farmer's Museum and beautiful Otsego Lake. A 24-hour grocery store is around the corner and we're close to the trolley that will take you all over Cooperstown in the summer. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Brewery Ommegang. Please note, there is no TV or cable in the suite. Just Wi-Fi.
