Completely remodeled 1920’s home in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. The property is centrally located near a beautiful park with biking and running trails. Located minutes to downtown, close to Community General and Upstate Hospital’s, and ten minutes to Syracuse University. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The house is a side-by-side duplex with 1700 sq ft. on each side with separate front/back entrances.

There is plenty of area for all to enjoy including 900 feet of lake frontage with a creek running though the property. Enjoy a campfire lakeside at a dedicated private fire pit. Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).
