It's hosted writers such as Cheryl Strayed, author of "Wild". Located on 22 acres & privately situated on a beautiful river in the midst of a true PNW woodland. The Architect's Retreat by Oregon Coast Modern

Originally designed by renowned Portland, OR architect Marvin Witt for his family, this towering 3 story "tree house" has been lovingly updated and restored. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept living room and kitchen with fireplace on the top floor. The house also features 3 private decks. It's a short walk to the beach and close to town and hiking trails. Per Airbnb policy please note we have exterior cameras for security in the driveway, front walkway and east side siding.

End of The Road - 4 Night Minimum

End Of The Road is a rustic family cabin perched on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with the wooded hills of Oswald West State Park rising behind. Hand built in the late 1950's by the current owners, this 2 bedroom one bathroom cabin includes a wood stove, hot tub and washer/dryer. The location is a dramatic and stunningly wild spot. There is little sense of other human presence. Dogs are welcome with an Additional Services Fee of $25 per night, per dog: limit 2. Sorry, no cats.

Our home is 1 block from Nehalem Bay and an easy 5 minutes drive to all that Manzanita has to offer. Including beautiful beaches, Nehalem Bay State Park, miles of hiking, delicious dining.
