Sofiahuset har tilhørt familien vår siden 1908. Huset har blitt pusset opp i nyere tid, men vi har tatt vare på det gamle særpreget og historien etter bestemor Sofia. Huset ligger praktisk plassert, kun 30 miutter kjøretid fra Bergen sentrum. 40 minutter til Bergen lufthavn Flesland. Stedet er et ideelt utgangspunkt for fjellturer, for å utforske Bergen og fjordene, eller kun nyte fred og ro og fjordutsikt på Norges største innlandsøy. Flåm, Voss, Hardanger og Trolltunga er i dagsturavstand.

Leilighet i nydelig natur

På dette stedet kan du finne ro for både kropp og sjel. Leiligheten ligger på en fredelig plett på Osterøy, uten støy og motorlarm. Fra leiligheten har du sjøutsikt over vakre Osterfjorden, og kan nyte solnedgangen fra en koselig hage rett utenfor inngangen. Deler av leiligheten er helt ny (juni-25) og fremstår både praktisk og hjemmekoselig. Det er kort gangavstand til fjellturer, badestrand og idrettsanlegg. Muligheter for å leige ekstra hytte med plass til 2-3 barn. Ferske egg i hønsehagen.

Central and newly renovated duplex apartment, close to Bergen centre with short walk to Bryggen and the ocean for a swim. The apartment holds a high standard with two bedroom, two bathroom, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a lovely loft living room with fjord view. The master bedroom is ensuite, with a glass wall and sliding door. The second bathroom contains a bathtub with lovely views. Both bedroom has high comfort beds. A small balcony for smoking is accessible from bathroom.

Påhengsmotor tilgjengelig mot ekstra kostnad. (bruk av motor, båtførerbevis dersom du er født etter 1980) Fine turområder på høyfjellet eller i lavlandet. Kan være tilgjengelig for privat guidet tur i fjellene i nærområdet.

Byrkjetunet Gard er eit gardsbruk i stille og rolege omgjevnader på Osterøy. Her kan du bu i gardsbrukets leilighet, der du har eigen inngang og terrasse. Leiligheten har eit soverom, åpen kjøkkenløsning, sofakrok og eget bad. Har også ein sovesofa slik at ein kan reise fleire. Her bur du omringet av idyllisk vestlandsnatur på alle kanter. Det kort avstand til innsjø for fiske, badeplass og flotte fjellturar. Dyr er så klart velkommen hos oss 🌻

Et perfekt sted å bo for de som er ute etter å leve tett på naturen; samtidig som man bor svært sentralt og kan benytte seg av Bergens kulturliv og restauranter en liten busstur unna.

Cozy appartment in Ytre Arna,Bergen

The apartment is located in Ytre Arna with a nice view over the fjord. It is located 20mins by car from the center of Bergen. The busstop is 3 minutes away and you can get to the City in 30 to 40min by bus. We can help you plan your transport from the airport. There is a big garden and a park close to the appartment. We also have a private parking place for you. There are nice hiking possibilities here and on the way to the fjords/Hardanger.

Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.
