Το Oktana Traditional House είναι ένα παραδοσιακό αστικό σπίτι στην Χώρα της Άνδρου. Για αιώνες, η περιοχή αυτή φιλοξενούσε καραβοκύρηδες και ναυτικές οικογένειες, αντικατοπτρίζοντας τη μακρά ναυτική παράδοση του νησιού. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται εντός των τειχών της παλιάς πόλης, στον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο, στην ιστορική περιοχή του Ενετικού κάστρου. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, συνδυάζει όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις, διατηρώντας παράλληλα τον παραδοσιακό χαρακτήρα και την αυθεντική ατμόσφαιρα της παλιάς πόλης.

Διαμέρισμα 37 τμ. 4 ατόμων μπροστά στη θάλασσα στην παραλία του Νειμποριού, με θέα τη Χώρα της Άνδρου & το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου. Βρίσκεται εντός ιστορικού πέτρινου κτηρίου που χτίστηκε το 1837. Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι & ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο, που έχει τις χρήσεις καθιστικού, κουζίνας & οδηγεί στο μπάνιο, ενώ πάνω από αυτά, υπάρχει ένας ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. Δεν ενδείκνυται για παιδιά κάτω των 7 ετών (βλ. & παρακάτω).

Our home is ideally located if you are seeking to relax and discover the island of Andros. It’s located in a peaceful spot in the area of Agios Petros that is only 6 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches and the port of Gavrio. We are always glad to assist our guests so that they can explore the little gems of the island.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη της Χώρας και πίσω ακριβώς από το κεντρικό Πεζόδρομο με όλα τα μαγαζιά και τα μουσεία που απέχουν λίγα μόλις λεπτά. Ο σταθμός των λεωφορείων απέχει μόλις 7 λεπτά. Η θέα του καταλύματος στα γαλαζοπράσινα νερά της Αγίας Θαλασσινής, είναι από μόνη της αρκετή για να κάνει την διαμονή σας στο νησί μοναδική.

Captain's House

Traditional captains house restored with love and care only with traditional and ecological materials. The house has two units, we live upstairs and downstairs there is a self standing apartment with a double bed a sofa kitchen, bathroom and a terrace for exclusive use of guests and access to the garden. No Tv, no internet, no air conditioning. On request we provide breakfast and dinner. We are 4 minutes away (by foot) from the sea, the bars and restaurants of our small village.

Πλησίον της υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ και καφετέριες.

This unique house is located in front of Paraporti beach, in the center of Chora, the capital of Andros. Just a 2-3-minute walk away, you have access to the city's main pedestrian street, where you can find restaurants, local shops, the archaeological museum, and the Museum of Modern Art. Also within walking distance are the Afanos Naftis Square and the ruins of the old Venetian Castle.

Roof apartment with one double bed and one single bed, has a small kitchen. It has a fantastic view of Korthi village bay. The room is located on the roof of the second floor. To reach the room you need to go through the kitchen of the second floor. There is a beach and a café under the house. The property is almost in the center of the village so everything is in walking distance.
