The large terrace is a focal point, the perfect place to enjoy meals with your own mountain panorama. The private garden will be a favourite spot, a space to play in the sun or snow.

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Piste de ski nocturne à 5 minutes à pied et 10 à 20 minutes en voiture des Domaines skiables de Leysin, Les Diablerets et Les Mosses. Une caution de CHF 300.- (espèce). Bienvenue à notre chalet situe à 1120 m d'altitude, quartier calme, avec label Minergie dans un cadre verdoyant et loin du bruit de la grand ville que vous permettrons de passer de vacances reposantes. Point de départ pour de magnifiques randonnées en montagne ou un forêt , vers le sommet de Rochers de Naye, La Dent de Jaman. Il faut s'attendre à une route de montagne , pour les personnes qui n'ont pas l'habitude de rouler sur une route un peu escarpé.

Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

Ce charmant chalet se trouve à deux pas des randonnées des pistes de ski de fond et des parcours raquettes. Situé dans les hauts de la station des Mosses, avec accès toute l'année, il offre calme et confort ainsi qu'une splendide vue sur les sommets avoisinants ainsi que sur le domaine skiable... Attention, les fêtes bruyantes sont interdites. Il est également interdit de dépasser le nombre de personnes sans autorisation préalable.
