The Studio is located only at 4 minutes walking distance from Surf Side Beach and the center of Oranjestad. In about 9 minutes walking you will find an area of restaurants, shopping malls, casino and cozy bar. We are renting our guest studio here in Aruba (nestled within a 7-unit boutique hotel that is adults only). It is located close to the beach (a short 3 minute walk) bus stop and supermarket (a 3 minutes walk). Basically this unit is a stone throw from everything in Aruba. The shower has hot water and there is a pool you can use.
