Brand new appliances and furniture, as well as a hot tub and fire pit complete this cozy retreat. Spend your days out on the water, relax on the covered back deck in the hot tub or roast some marshmallows around the fire pit.

The Studio at Dark Run Retreat

Quiet studio on a secluded 5 acres only 3 miles from town. Kick back and relax by the pool in the warmer months, or in the hot tub in the cooler months. Small trails lead to the creek running along the property, maybe you'll even catch a glimpse of the deer or turkey that wander thru...we've even seen a lil bear once! There is an apartment above the studio, so we ask that you be mindful of those guests if occupied. *The studio got a make-over! As of 10/6/20, we will no longer be hosting pets*

Need to get away and enjoy a quiet retreat? Star gaze at night via hot tub, roast marshmallows from the fire pit and take in the mountainside ambiance from the porch. Barn Apartment at Wolftrap Farm - 2017 Conversion of horse barn wing to gorgeous apartment. Huge horse & cattle farm, with easy access to Monticello, Montpelier, 6 wineries. 5 miles to Gordonsville or Orange; 25 miles to Charlottesville. Gorgeous countryside. Bring the kids and/or dogs. They will be thrilled, as will the adults. Book our hot tub patio, swim in our creek, fish in one of the ponds, hike our farm roads and woodland trails, play in our Game Barn.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Take the paddle boards out on the lake. Bring your boat, we have two boat slips assigned to us in the commons area. There is also a small beach in the commons area for swimming. Relax in the hot tub or shoot a game of pool, large kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Dining area and office space available. The house is in the culdesac, very private and peaceful.
