The apartment features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with multiple channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a terrace with sea views. The property has an outdoor dining area. There is excellent Starlink Wifi.

Lovely quiet cottage set on lifestyle block with many chickens and sheep. 3 minutes driving to fabulous Waiotahi beach and only 10 minutes into Opotiki for cafes and shopping. Peace and tranquility - leave the city behind.

Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!
