Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Relax and unwind in your own private guest suite and enjoy the rural views. With its own entrance and lock box you can arrive when it suits. The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. There is ample off road parking that can accommodate larger vehicles, horse floats, boats and trailers etc. The airport is 9k away and Oreti Beach just a little further along.

The Nest, Tiny House sanctuary near Riverton

Tucked away at the edge of an idyllic pond, The Nest is purpose built, premium accommodation which offers tranquility, relaxation, and ample bird watching. Private beach access is just 500m walk away. This Tiny House boasts sunny outlooks over our dairy farm, with ample outdoor space and an outdoor bath and BBQ to enjoy. Situated 10 mins from the township of Winton, central Southland. We are a sheep and crop farm, good views over the paddocks from the hut deck. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 10 mins away , with supermarket, choice of places to eat or takeaway. Charming self contained studio on Herbert Street, in the northern suburbs of Invercargill, renovated with style, comfort and an emphasis on cleanliness. Please note breakfast is not provided, although we do have a few treats for our guests. Peter & I live next door and happy to help with queries etc. Just a few minutes from the Windsor shops, including New World. The main shops are only 10 minutes away, as is most of Invercargill!

The Cottage - Hawthorne Gardens Boutique B&B

Our boutique B&B accommodation is situated in the beautiful natural setting of our tranquil gardens, giving our guests plenty of peace and privacy. Continental breakfast included!
