Upstairs: full bathroom, sitting room with a futon, sofa, and TV, bedroom with full size bed with pop up trundle, and a day bed with pop up bed. Quiet rural setting. 20 min. to Downtown Lafayette. This spacious home has two baths, handicap access but not wheelchair. Large, fenced yard with shade trees, and ample free parking. Walking distance to several restaurants, businesses and seasonal festivals. Kid friendly home. If found more guests stay an additional $ 175 cleaning fee.
