The apartment for maximum 7 people, with beautiful garden view and parking spot is situated on the 1st floor of the family house in a quiet area of Župa dubrovačka, which is only 10 min driving distance from the Old town Dubrovnik and 15 min from the airport. The grocery shop, pharmacy, bus stop, kids playground and restaurants are available in our neighborhood. You can reach the beach in 20 min on foot or 5 min by car.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a dining room connected to the kitchen and a bathroom. The house is a heritage built in the 17th century, overlooking the Mlini harbour and the beach. It comes with a huge garden with lemon and orange trees, grape wives and fig trees and also has outdoor grill and fire place.
