Walk to the beach, lighthouse on the pier, restaurants and bars, Seabreeze Amusement Park, bowling, and putt-putt. Miles of trails out the front door! 10 minutes from the city. Dogs welcome! Greater Rochester Airport is only 15 minutes away and Roberts Wesleyan College is 2 minutes! Driveway is shared with owner but has plenty of parking space.
