Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.

Wohnung im Olympiadorf

Geniesse die Zeit direkt am Olympiapark und der BMW Welt mit guter U-Bahn Anbindung. Zwei gemütliche Schlafsofas, Balkon, eine neue Küche, Wifi, Fernseher werden Dir den Aufenthalt in München angenehm machen. Seit Januar 2025 ist Bad und Küche nun endgültig neu renoviert.
