Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

The Blue Door Cabin

If you want a retreat where you can sleep in, slow down and savor nature's beauty, the Blue Door Cabin, tucked in surprisingly hilly oak and hickory woods, with a beautiful view of the pond, is your destination. Come stay at the Red Barn Hideaway just 7 miles northeast of Emporia. This quaint little house and beautiful red barn have all the space you'll need. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms as well as a futon sofa in the living room and a queen sized air mattress. 3 Tv’s and wifi is available. The barn can accommodate 1 vehicle and other smaller items such as bikes, canoes, camping/hunting gear, etc. It's just a 10 minute drive into town and you're right near ESU and downtown Emporia.

Beau’s father “Goodie” built Goodie’s Gravel Get-Away and was his permanent residence for 25 years. You can see a lot of work has went into it. We want you to enjoy it as much as we do. Goodie’s is our home away from home. This is a shop style home on 30 beautiful acres. You will enjoy 2 ponds, a private discgolf course, sand beach, 2 docks, walking trail, fishing, fire pit, and so much more. We are located on the edge of the flint hills which is a must see when staying.
