Με μπαλκόνι προς το Πλατύ Καντούνι σε μια από τις πιο όμορφες γειτονιές της πόλης, την Πόρτα Ρεμούντα. Λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκονται, το Λιστόν, το Παλαιό Φρούριο, οι δύο πλατείες(Σπιανάδα), ο Ἀγιος Σπυρίδωνας κ.ἀ.
