This appartment is located in the heart of Nice, just where the Old Town blends into the new city, close to The Museum of Modern Art (MAMAC) and the place Garibaldi. The flat overlooks a small square which gives the flat lots of sun and light. In the old town you can enjoy living like the locals, and by the entrance door you will find Cave de la Tour, famous by the locals, where you can have a refreshing glass of wine.
