We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

Ann will be your host should you need anything or have any questions. With easy access off of I80, you'll be just a short drive (about 13 mins) from Black Moshannon State Park and about a 40 minute drive to Penn State. Lots of great nature related places to visit such as Sinnemahoning State Park, Bald Eagle State Park, Bennezette (elk sightings), and others.

Are you looking for a unique, relaxing space for your getaway? Come stay in our 100 yr. old Schoolhouse! This space was created in the old 5th grade classroom and has a cool, spacious yet cozy vibe. It has a fully furnished and equipped kitchen. Downstairs you will find Revived & Company, our antique and artisan's shop with 50+ local vendors. We are minutes from the hospital; 35 miles from Penn State University; 20 miles from the Elk County Visitor Center and located in the beautiful PA Wilds.

Little Stone Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, lots of hot water in shower. Shared use of washer/dryer and sauna in adjoining house, outside grille and fire pit.

Mike's Older House

Quiet bedroom, living/dining room and private bath in older home, perfect for a short or longer stay. Private entrance. Double bed and a fold out cot/mattress. Totally private space is really like a one bedroom apartment. Located five minutes from DuBois Regional Medical Center and downtown DuBois. Ten minutes from the DuBois Penn State Campus. Simply furnished, but comfortable. Coffee maker (Keurig) and coffee. AC, Microwave and Refrigerator. Wifi . TV with basic cable. Pets Welcome.

Orchard Guesthouse

Private, cozy cottage with lots of extras. Wake up after a comfortable night's sleep to a breakfast of eggs from our chickens, prepared in a well-appointed kitchen. Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.
