The ground floor has a kitchen with a living room, and upstairs is a room with a bathroom. In front of the house is a place for rest and barbecue. Nearby is a church, playground, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, pizzeria and coffee place. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has secured parking.
