Rentoudu tässä rauhallisessa ja tyylikkäässä tilassa. Täysin remontoitu, tilava 41m²:n studio sijaitsee pohjakerroksessa ja siinä on kaksi erillistä sänkyä sekä täysin varusteltu keittiö. Lähin ruokakauppa on 250 metrin päässä ja bussipysäkki 200 metrin päässä. Keskustaan pääsee autolla tai bussilla 10 minuutissa. Lisäksi luonto on lähellä, sillä Ounasvaaran luontopolut lähtevät tien toiselta puolelta. Oma parkkipaikka tarjoaa helpon pääsyn autolla liikkuville vieraille. Lämpimästi tervetuloa!

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Cozy room with bathroom, kitchenette and French balcony near city center. 140cm wide bed. Bed sheets, towels, and cooking utensils. TV. Microwave, washing machine. In a cellar there’s drying room. Supermarket, bus station, and train station within walking distance. There's a free parking along Karhunkaatajantie. You can also park to the in yard for 3 hours with a parking disc.
